All payments are final. We do not offer refunds except as required by law.
You may cancel any paid subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund past payments.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your account. Please contact us first to resolve issues amicably.
We reserve the right to pursue collection or legal remedies if chargebacks are filed improperly.
