All messages include a clear way to opt out by replying “STOP”. Opt-out requests are honored immediately and a confirmation message is sent.
All personal data collected during SMS opt-in is securely stored, encrypted, and protected. We retain proof of consent for a minimum of 4 years. We do not sell or share recipient data with third parties for marketing.
We strictly adhere to TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and GDPR. SMS messages are sent only between 8 AM and 9 PM recipient local time unless the recipient has opted in for communications outside these hours.
